EVENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
We offer equipment, software, and technical support for event organizers, with a platform that facilitates the distribution, setup, and data analytics of your event.
Our software facilitates the import of a database, allows modifications, and creates different event badge designs, which can include additional information about access and services available during the event. Once ready, these personal badges can be sent via email to all attendees allowing them to print at home or at built-in kiosks during the event. We also offer a pre-printing service for accreditations if desired.
CONTROL ACCESS SYSTEM
Our control access system allows for managing presence and access, whether restricted or not. We can control from main access to the venue, as well as any room, workshop, and meetings within the event to collect venue and room access insights.
Access control is carried out through QR codes integrated into the event badge. Attendees just need to scan their badge, and we can authorize, collect, analyze, and evaluate traffic in real time.

We have laptops, printers, QR code readers, and kiosks, along with the appropriate software, that allow us to carry out the registration, printing, and control of accreditations for event access.
