Event Services by Rentmultimedia has undertaken a significant investment, surpassing 1.5 million euros to modernize the built-in rider of auditoriums, build an on-site warehouse, and to offer last generation high-tech AV equipment to any corporate or social event within our premises.
A great effort has been devoted to the spaces of the Auditorium and Sala F to create a striking visual and auditory effect.
In the Auditorium, the installation of a 2.6mm LED screen measuring 18 x 5 meters stands out, marking a milestone as the congress palace with the largest fixed LED screen in Spain. Additionally, a high-end sound system has been incorporated featuring a PA from the prestigious German brand D&B, Y series, providing an exceptional sound experience.
In Sala F, a similar philosophy has been followed to maximize quality and the “wow” effect, with a 2.6mm pitch LED screen spanning 7 x 2.5 meters and a D&B megaphone system.
Furthermore, rigging points have been certified in the Expo Hall and rooms H & J, providing complete flexibility in setup without the need to install AV equipment on the floor.
Additionally, a mobile equipment warehouse has been established on the premises to ensure adequate supply covering all needs, offering competitive rates by avoiding dependence on third parties, ensuring immediacy by having the equipment available at the Palau, and eliminating additional logistical costs for clients.
